Our traditional Kung Fu classes offer students the opportunity to learn a complete system of Chinese Martial Arts that has both fantastic health benefits and formidable combat application.  The style of Kung Fu taught is Southern Shaolin wuzuquan page 2Five Ancestors also known as Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan which is based on the combination of five major Chinese Martial Art systems.  This ancient system was created during the Yuan Dynasty 1271–1368 A.D in China and has been passed down an unbroken lineage to the late Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong who popularised the system globally.

In our classes we teach the full syllabus of Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan as passed on by Grandmaster Han.  Students who work hard will be given the opportunity to grade and progress through the system.
